LINUS BERLIN’S OPEN SANDWICH WITH GREVÉ CHEESE

This is how you make Linus Berlin’s open fermented herring sandwich with Grevé cheese.

  • Butter
  • 2 cleaned fermented herrings
  • 2 boiled almond potatoes
